For those of you who noticed my absence from here I've been in stunning Portugal for a week visiting my friend Maria. I've had the best time ever with loads of sun, great food and wine and top of all in great company with Maria and her friends. I managed to get myself a new Mac on my first day back so I'm trying to figure all things out here... So much fun!

Adam
I saw this amazing little movie last night, Adam by Max Mayer. It's a love story that takes place in NY between Adam played by Hugh Dancy and Beth played by Rose Byrne. The story is beautifully written and the topic is very close and dear to my heart. I can highly recommend this movie and afterwards you'll not just know a little more about love and it's complications but the wisdom (and joy) of knowing someone with Aspberger's Syndrome. And a very pleasant surprice in the end was The Weepies with Can't Go Back Now. Love that song!

Improv Everywhere
I just love Katie Sokoler's blog Color me Katie. Katie's a freelance photographer and street artist living in Brooklyn. She's also a part of Improv Everywhere, a group who brings improvisational theatre to the streets of NY in a deadly cool way. I just watched their latest clip Star Wars Subway Car and I found it hilarious. Hope you'll enjoy!

Mandy Smith's dreamy paperhouse
I came across Mandy Smith's website where I literally was in shock by her amazing art with unhuman detailed papermodels. They're so amazing and pretty, and the tulips that wraps around the building, oh don't get me started on the tulips...

Dads Old Toys
I was at mum and dads today and found a box of all my dads old toys. They don't make toys like these anymore. I love that my granny kept some (dad told me had like a hundred tin cars). And the ambulance was a gift that granny bought in Paris in the 50's for him. So pretty and he was so kind that I could have the red Schuco (complete with remote control steering mechanism) and the ambulance. They will fit perfectly with my olive green 1963 Corvette (ultimate dream car).
