I ♥ Wednesday

Today I got home and had a surprise visit from my folks with a gift beyond cool. I adore my parents and it looks like they think I'm pretty cool too. No more sitting curled up in my sofa drawing. Check out my new drawing table from Mr Kamprad himself.

Monday Portrait

Once I start drawing I really can't stop. Got some new Tombow and Zig brush pens yesterday and didn't go to bed til 1 AM. Pens are bad for me, they're like cigarettes, highly addictive. I was so tired at work today but all I thought about getting home was to get right back to the drawing-table. I think this will be a series of portraits. We will see, stay tuned...

Here's an update of my painting this weekend. Already regret colouring it, well atleast the colours I've chosen. Oh well, it's been fun and I'm all excited for the next project.

If you're checking in today you might have noticed that I've done some changes over the blog. This is very typical me, I get bored easily. I've painted the walls of my apartment more times than I've had birthdays (and only been here five years now so you do the math). I'll hopefully have a new post later today with the illustration I'm working on. Until then, ciao!

Sunny Saturday

Lenny and I have done very little this Saturday, some chillin in the sun on the balcony and a lot of drawing actually. I've been going on all day and probably will all day tomorrow too but I'll post a pic as soon as I can!
