Yeay Monday!

Ah it felt really nice being back at work today. The kids had grown so tall and were all tanned and their little knees covered with plasters from their summer adventures. So cute! They were all sharing stories of where they had been and what they had done. 

After work I popped over to Lilly who is now living in her new flat just around the corner from where I work, deadly cool. I will have to do a new shoot of her flat when it's properly done (loads of boxes there now). 

Finished off my evening with a quick catch up with Dad who came over to fix my bike. Busy busy day but oh so much fun i've had.

Bye bye vacation

Summer is gone, well, not really but for me it kinda is. I'm back to work tomorrow and super excited to see all the little monkeys again.

Found these stunning photos taken by amazing photographer Max Wanger. It reminds me that I have a photo shoot with my best friend coming up. Yeay! Looking at those photos I really can't wait 'til fall, summers is great but I can't wait to wear all my hats and scarves.

La Clique

Earlier this week my friend took me to see La Clique here in Stockholm. It's this amazing group of artists who perform tricks and stunts in a sexy, burlesque way. It's really cool, something we hardly ever see here in Scandinavia. We're probably a little bit too stuck-up and dry for a circus with a dude pulling his pierced body through a tennis racket, or a female magician stripping while she makes a red scarf dissapear only to find it hidden in different bodyparts again... It was the night when my tonsillitus broke out and I could feel the fever hitting way over 40 degrees Celcius, but I didn't care I had so much fun.You have to see it while they're in town!

Thad Cockrell

My neighbour upstairs is this hobby musician. He changes between piano, guitarr and (bless him) sometimes vocals. Mostly I can handle his wannabe singer/songwriter noise but today isn't that kinda day. Thank God for Thad Cockrell and his kindness of having his new album To Be Loved for free download on Noisetrade and some big feckin speakers built into my computer.

I won this battle.
Oh, and have a listen to Thad Cockrell, amazing.

Tonsillitis

Yup. I have it. And it's the end of day three and I finally managed to leave my couch today. Yeay! The fever is finally down but my throat is still sore. Anyways, no more sulking.

I read the wonderful Katie Sokoler's blog today and looked through her amazing photos on Flickr and her recent pics of a cat/costume/show/madness was just hilarious. It made me laugh so loud I thought my throat would start bleeding. Take a look at these dudes and their expressions, freakin priceless. And what made me almost pee my pants was the Edward Cullen Cat. H-i-l-a-r-i-o-u-s!!! Thanks Katie for making my day with your amazing photographs and making me smile in this misery. If I wasn't so weak still from being ill I would defo dress up Lennon as Yoda...
